Permit to Establish

By virtue of provisions of non-Governmental academic institute’s By-law, approved in 725^th session of Supreme council of education Act (19 July 2005) and provisions of 84th session of Supervisory Council of townships of Tehran province Act (24 June 2007) to the person or board composed of founders mentioned bellow:

1-Mr x

Is allowed to establish one non-governmental academic institute for females, named: Marefat , Address: Shahryar City, phase 3 of Andisheh City, north of the  Azadi Square, near the taxi terminal, No.273  according to the laws and regulations . Notification:

1-this authorization is not transferable to others and is valid for 5 years from the issue date.

2-legal founder or founders are required to follow the regulations, circulars, by-laws, legislation, and rules of Ministry of Education.
